Ingredients
- ½ cup allergy free soy sauce replacer
- ¼ cup black bean paste
- 2 tbsps honey
- 4 tsps white vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsps sesame seed oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp Chinese-style hot sauce or available chilli sauce
- ¼ tsp powdered black pepper
Method
- In a small saucepan cook the ingredients over a low heat until the honey or molasses has dissolved.
- Do not boil.
- Pour into a sterilised jar and store in the refrigerator.
- Shake well before use.
- Store for up to a month.
