Allergy free lemon chilli salad dressing recipe


Ingredients
  • 3 tbsps lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 red chillies or 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsps goat's milk

Method

  • Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour into a serving container, e.g. a milk pot.
  • Pour over the salad and serve.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
