Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup water or ice
- 1 banana
- 175g can of passionfruit pulp
Method
- Combine the coconut and water or ice in a blender.
- Break up or mash the banana and add to the blender.
- Remove the seeds from the passionfruit pulp by straining the pulp through a sifter. You will need to use a spoon.
- Add the passionfruit to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a large glass.
