Allergy free Asian sweet chilli salad dressing recipe

  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsps olive oil

  • Whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, fish sauce and oil in a small bowl.
  • Transfer to a small pouring jar.
  • Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to a week.
