- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 red chillies or 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tbsps goat's milk
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into a serving container, e.g. a milk pot.
- Pour over the salad and serve.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
